I went to a birthday party of someone I didn't know on a canal boat, in Hackney, and I suddenly found this extraordinary embalmed bat hidden there. I never spent much time looking into the physical characteristics of this creature and after having the chance to see it so close to me, I was extremely shocked to realize how similar it is to an human being. The most scary detail was the teeth. For a few seconds I was sure that the bat was laughing at me.
